FOR TODAY . . . June 22
From the front porch . . .
cool, crisp morning
I am thinking . . .
how complicated life on the front porch has recently become
I am thankful for . . .
limitless energy * a supportive and helpful husband * my close friends
From the kitchen . . .
leftovers * fresh peas and broccoli from the garden
I am going . . .
to work! “outside the home” Will be living through this change more ‘on the front porch’
I am reading . . .
Morning and Evening, Charles Spurgeon
Around the house . . .
pet hair galore * trash from going through drawers and closets * parts of a weight machine to be assembled * rented movies from the weekend * clean dishes
In the Garden . . .
healthy zucchini plants * more peas that need picking * fresh grass clipping to spread * and of course a week or two
One of my favorite things . . .
posting!
A Scripture to share . . .
“That these things which cannot be shaken may remain”
Hebrews 12:27
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week . . .
finish menu plans with corresponding shopping lists * clipping coupons * straightening office * laptop repaired * weeding flower beds
Here is picture thought I am sharing . . .

Judy,
Glad to have you back posting! I missed your lovely insight!
Right now we’re enjoying the view from our ‘front porch’ of a lovely, mountain bambling brook.
I’m anxious to hear how your broccoli & peas turned out. We just harvested our first green beans and had them for dinner. Yums!

Judy, Life seems to get more complicated – it seems it should get easier – don’t you think? I went back to work full time in September after staying home with my kids for 24 years!! New changes, new adjustments, new beginnings!

Missed you on your blog. I loved the picture in the boat. How relaxing. Sounds like your garden is doing well. Love Mom
